The foam wreaths I buy come in sections and then snap into the backing after they are soaked. Green leaf carries them and I believe I have som Oasis wreaths that are pre-cut. I always add extra tape when piecing them back together.

we poke a hole in the packaging of the foam wreath and fill with water and let it soak up.Most times the plastic wrapping holds up well,if it start to leak we put it in the laundry tub and soak one side first and then the other.
