That would be difficult for me too... and I live here. Don't care for Timmy's much. However, if you want the quarters they may have them at the border exchange. The banks will have them soon.
Go out and get yourselves some rolls of them from the bank and store them. In about three years all the circulated coins will be worn off with Red and you will still have a Quarter!.

Blue I picked four up today. I actually went in to Timmy's and bought a tea and asked for change in quarters. They are really very nice. I'm giving them away. When they are in full circulation via the bank I will indeed buy a roll... just for the sheer joy of it.
You're right it is a wonderful idea. The Legion has played a big part in my life in the past... it's great to continue to support them.
