Lighting, Crowning Glory and Flowers

Be sure that you use the "Clear Crown And Glory " it does make a diffence on the flowers. The "orginial" formula will be thicker and leaves more of a film on the flowers. I use the clear and I do add some water to the bottle also. I have done displays for wedding shows and had found the same trouble.Changing to the clear helped and I also tried using colored (or color filterers) lights on my displays instead. I also found that if possible misting the display during the day helps also.

Hey Mocha Rose, I'm glad to hear things went well at your open house. I hope you get lot's of new customers! Did you ever find out what kind of lights were used that burned your flowers?

Thanks

I never liked Crowning Glory because it seemed too heavy on the flowers and I didn't like the way it coated the flowers. At the last shop I worked in they used Aquafinish, and I liked that a lot better it seemed lighter, and to me, the flowers looked better. Just my opinion .
I also thought crowning glory was alittle heavy. After reading your post. The next day I got some aquafinish. So far so good. It does seem lighter. Thanks for an alternative:flowers:
