Does she have any recourse, or can anyone abritrarily link to any site?

If you woild consider moving your site away from TF, a clever webmaster could easily 'bounce' any web surfer that visits your home page, or any other page for that matter, on your site based on the simple fact they came from this guys web site...

Sure there are ways to deal with this - Bounce them to outerspace!

But this would requre a new webmaster, one with skills!
