IMO the apple bucket is the most important element of the design. The product description features the container: Unless it was a WS container, how many other florists would have that in stock?
There's a disclaimer about substitution further down the page. Will the filling florist roll the dice and hope the purchaser doesn't complain?
There are two easy ways for Kremp and other local florists to make this type of order more consumer friendly:
1) Block customers for being able to order it online ulness it's in their own delivery area. (We do that with many of our products.)
2) Have a check-off box where the buyer agrees container/flower substitution is OK.
Both might result in lost sales but increased consumer satisfaction and transparency. Right now, clearly the focus is on the sales.
