Mercury in Retrograde!

Our was still down at 3pm when i closed the shop. Wonder how many p***ed off customers there are and how it will affect M-day sales for FTD!

Well...
I would hope that the florists who had orders stuck in their systems had enough wit to call those orders out. Then, DELETE them from their Merc. file so the orders are not transmitted when the system does go back on line.
HOPEFULLY things will be back on Monday. Easter WAS great for us - until Sat...we get a good bit of wire business the Sat. b/f Easter (big city and all), so not to have ANY FTD in's will hurt the figures a bit... Probably broke even with last year due to this...I'MA HAPPY THOUGH! We sold out of ALL 400 Easter liles (had to get 30 more from a local wholesaler Friday), all but TWO pots of Hyacinths, and a few not so hot pots of Tulips...the first time in a LONG time we were sold out of Lilies!!!

i talked to advantage support on sat and sun.
the problem was the power went out and the back power supply was coming on line and the power spiked, frying god knows what
