Congrats, Phillies, I'm glad Pedro is not making any trouble since leaving the Sox. Manny (LA) is still a d--k, but Miguel Cabrera (Detroit) is the worst-- staying out 'til dawn getting hammered during the Tigers battle for the playoffs!
Unfortunately, we cannot just "roll in a tv" because our store is not wired for cable...no more using the old portables!!!! Alas, for my youth!
Hope we don't have any more day games in the series...everything just stops dead on those days.
Actually, I think our whole state was up all night, except me...it's really quiet today!

The World Series are all night games!!!!
The problem is between the hitter scrathing his nuts and adjusting his batting gloves, and the pitcher taking 1 minute between pitches, these games won't end until after midnight!
I hope the Angels can give the Skankees a run for their money tonight and stretch that series a little longer, and wear down the NY bullpen a little bit!!!

Can't even begin to count how many times my husband said 'It's over' during the end of the top half of the 6th inning. What a wild game! Both the Yankees and Angels have been fierce and both managers made terrible pitching substitutions tonight.
Don't know how much more we can take, but we live to see Saturday. Yay!

Both are good teams this year. I don't think either will sweep in Citizens Park. So they will be back in the Yankees Stadium in 3-2.
Wow... that was a great game. Wish the Phillies had won... but the Yankees really pulled out an awesome 9th inning rally... with 2 outs!
