Katarina is beautiful, but slow opening. I suggest getting them hydrated on Monday to open enough.

I like faith, sweet eskimo and sahara a lot.

Not crazy about the shape of charming unique. Geraldine opens beautifully if you want an antiquey pink.

For the peach I would use Ilse sprays.

Sweet Avalanche are a lovely soft pink and I like Prima Donna and Vandela. They would be very pretty together. Like sugered almonds.

Love Charming Unique if they are from a good grower. For some reason when they overdo the roses they have a problem with the quality. Noticed that on lots of the roses.

its been a while since I have seen them but a raphaela rose is a beautiful watermelon color.....looking for a pic....used them in my daughters wedding..they are big and gorgeous...but the ribbon your speaking of is more orange...so is it a pinky salmon watermelon or orange shade

the swatch from the dress shop calls the color watermelon, but the color is more orange/red than pink/red.

I am getting a sample of movie star and high blooming next week to see how they would look.

I had ordered "oceania" roses last year for a wedding and they were not suitable for a wedding, poor quality. when I checked with my wholesaler, she said "oceania"
was being farmed out (rose farms eliminating this variety) and she sent me another similar, forget the name, sorry.

Have you looked at the english roses? I've seen the pale peach and the off white.
Just the different texture mixed with the south american or calif roses would be lovely.

Can any one give me the names of a dark coral rose (i might go with milva)
and an orange spray rose. I'm working on a wedding with turquoise dresses)
I'm adding peach stock, orange alstroe and green buttons. Any suggestions?

when meeting with brides and they tell me the "dress store" calls it "this color" I definitely want a swatch or bring it up online to verify the color. Those like David's, name somethings totally off!!

locate my page here, and I added a wedding pic...(its not a great one) to show you what they called watermelon and those are the raphaela roses in them...they were virtually identical, but I agree with Rhonda, a fabric swatch or atleast a picture on the internet to verify shades, hope any of this helps.....I put the picture on my album cover for weddings so you can take a quick look

I'd use Chablis for the light peach--lighter then Prima Donna\Titanic is another great light pink/Petite Chablis spray roses match the Chablis rose perfectly'
For the watermelon rose--try Manitou

Babe--for the orange spray rose--mamba for an almost 2-tone brite color

there are still some farms in Ecuador who have new Osiana plants--just have to find them---another good sub is Chablis

I did this one last week. It was coral and peach with green. I used Corvette roses, not shown in the pic, orange unique roses, coral godetia, peach gerbs, peach sprays and mango mini callas, the ribbon was Valeria. The pic is bad, they really looked much nicer, it's a shame I won't be using this on the website, the bouquets were great.
