New MyTeleflora and Florist Blog

Hopefully the quick link icons along the top of the page will make finding things easier for most site visitors. In addition to the recipe search icon, you'll see one that links to your clearinghouse statement and another for eSat (once you're logged in). These are all frequently used sections of the site, so we tried to give you a quick and easy way to get to those pages.

Sure, tell customer service to put it on my corporate Amex. :)

Hmmm, I'm not sure why that is there but I'll check into getting it taken off. Thanks for catching that.

Also, I just placed an online order for Teleflora Clearance products, and the "Print Page" option at the end of the order did not print the order on a regular sheet of paper....it cropped off the quantities.

That did not show me as an OK Florist:), I guess I will have to pay for it:(

"We've also debated whether the recipes needed to be password protected or not so I welcome your feedback on this. We're pretty much "locked down" from making any more changes to the site this month unless it's an absolute emergency. However, that is a change we might consider implementing after the holidays."

Danielle:
Sorry, but you are a provider of service to me. You have messed with the service that you provide to over 20,000 florists at our busiest time of the year. Your answer of "we will consider fixing it later" is no answer at all!

Today is December 9th. Please get it fixed.....and quickly..... Our Staffs need access to these receipes in order to do our jobs properly. This is a tool that we all use daily. This was the LAST THING on the TF site that should have EVER been PW protected.

The login button needs to be in the middle of the page.

Actually the old log in screen was better. i.e. :"user name" button and "password" button as opposed to the new "login" button in the upper right hand corner.

the top tool bar keeps my eyes from moving up to find the login button.

I am sure after a certain period I will get used to it, however, the old log in display was more efficient.

Not crazy about the new recipe part of the site.... It was very slow to down load!

Also where are the images that we can save...and use???

I don't want to print the image I want to use it on my web-site.

Not crazy about the tabs for the arrangment recipes and product descriptions... TOO MUCH CLICKING to get things done.. All on one page is better.

Karen - the images are available today. We had a glitch yesterday that's been fixed.

Also, in case anyone has already been looking for them, the clearinghouse statements will be available this afternoon.

Nice links page, with a link to FC.
Hope to see a link to The 3/50 Project there as well!

It seems that there would be an easy link to the clearinghouse statements. Also, this is the 10th. It is ridiculous for a company of Teleflora's size to take 10 days to get those statements ready.

Once you log in on MyTeleflora.com, the first icon/button on the tools navigation bar will take you to your clearinghouse statement. Look directly under the MyTeleflora logo and you should see it.

Thanks, I guess it only appears when the statement is ready.

The clearinghouse statement icon appeared right after I logged in. Prior to login it is not there.

It was working for me fine yesterday and also today.

For recipes and images you can click on SEARCH RECIPES at the top OR
click on MARKET YOU SHOP on the left, then it is listed under RECIPES AND IMAGES. Also listed there are links to all the PDF downloads of TF #'s and Web # catalogs.

I love the new site. I think it is so much easier to navigate. The old site was HORRIBLY confusing to find things.

Thank you! Great job.

Still would like those VD images. This is getting a little ridiculous. VD is only two months away and we can not see or dowload a recipe or image online. Not good at all.

Finally........(you knew that there was more).....At the busiest times of the year, we do not havethe time to waste time hunting for stuff. If you were going to roll out a new My Teleflora, you could not have picked a worse possible month. Does your staff even know what industry you work in -- or what month of the year it is??
This roll-out could have waited until January -- or should have been done in October/early November -- long before our busiest month of the year.

Cheryl

Truthfully, February or May could have been a worse time, but I really have to question the wisdom of this move during any busy month. And when calling into TF CS on the 8th, the rep had no idea it was happening. Do you people talk to each other?
Although, I'll give you, the look is definitely an improvement. Thanks.

Sorry, you're stuck with me. :) Nicole is taking a much deserved vacation.

The florist blog and comments are all still there. Some of our original posts have been bumped off the home page though as we add additional posts. All are still available if you hit the "previous posts" link on the bottom of the home page or the archives button on the top of the page.
