Trish and family,
I wish I knew words that could ease your sorrow, but I don't. Please know that our hearts are with you. The loving memories of your precious son will be with you forever--may they bring you comfort.

Susan, thanks for the link, I was able to view a picture of the youngman in his uniform, what an incredible loss.

There is a place on that link to leave a condolence message, if anyone would like to.

God has a very special place for our young men and women in the military.

Trish and family, you have our prayers.

My soldier, my Army son

I haven't spent much time on Flowerchat lately but I am ready to come back after the death of my soldier son. Both of my son's serve our country and we rarely hear the death rate of soldiers who have wrecks or sickness. He was moving from Ft. Sill Oklahoma to a base in Virginia, stopping by to visit his brother at Ft. Bragg. It was six in the a.m. and an hour out of Ft. Bragg but didn't make it. He was driving a penske truck filled with belongings. His wife and one year old baby boy was an hour ahead of him.
I am astonished at the people on this system who have sent messages and showed support. I appreciate everyone and what a wonderful florist world we live in! Love from Oklahoma and support our troops please!

Life isn't fair.....T.O.Y.

Trish,
Just know that we all love you & yopur family, and that we are are so saddened to hear of the death of your son Cole.

Losing a child is something that a Mom should never have to face....but we somehow do.

May God comfort you and help you get thru it all.

You are in our prayers & thoughts.

Cheryl

Trish -

It's nice to see you post again. I'm so sorry for the loss of your son.

A girl that I work with - we design next to each other - bench to bench - lost her 18 year-old son in a car accident.

It wil be two years this fall, and I marvel at her every day, that she has the strength to cope with this type of loss.

Valerie

May God continue to bless you and comfort you. Welcome back.

The reader board on our sign shows a flag followed by "God bless our troops."

(Just for information for those who have read this thread, Ft. Bragg is in North Carolina, not South Carolina)
