Can someone advise me as to how to remove pine tar from clothes? I try not to wear good clothing in here at this time of year, but yesterday it was unavoidable...and I got gobs of tar on my brand new cords. Any help is appreciated.Pine Tar question again...

There is a product out called "goo gone" that takes pine tar off while not staining your clothes. I keep a bottle of it on my work station. It also works for taking off price tags and labels. You can use other oil based products for getting the tar off of your skin, but you would not want to use it on your clothes.

Goo Gone is available cheaply at Home Depot and Rona.
But, I think V would be happier with a product called Goof-Off

I'd do a bit of a test before trying it on clothing, but aerosol leaf shines such as Pokon or Spring are great for removing pine pitch, paint, and other sticky stuff from hands. Lestoil certainly works well, too.
Make sure everyone gets the correct change, Victoria. No sticky palms holding back Loonies, please!

I had a dog that just absolutely LOVED girls unmentionables, and it was a girl dog..."Winnie" was a little unbalanced...sort of reminds me of my mother-in-law...BUT,
