Positive energy and prayers needed

Once again I turn to this family of wonderful florist to ask for some positive energy and prayer.

My daughter went to the doctors for a routine check up. she was refered to a skin specialist for some suspicious moles. she had 3 biopsied. One is normal, one has moderate abnormal cell growth and the 3rd has mild abnormal cell growth. She will have to have surgery on 2 of them.

Her grandfather had malenoma, among other characteristic that she has all of, she is at a very high risk of developing malenoma cancer as well. she is 19 and is not taking this very well.

In this routine check up they also found protein in her urine, after 3 test she is still showing protein and is waiting results to see what the possible cause of this could be. Apparently her kidneys are not doing the complete job that they are meant to. Waiting is wearing on her.

Please keep her in your prayers that all turns out okay and that I can keep her positive and focused.

Joan...Please know I will keep you and your daughter in my prayers and add you to my prayer circle...I will pray for strength for you and your family to see this through...and prayers that all will work out well.

Joan... you're daughter will be fine. I am now on the six months skin check plan. Tell her I had similar abnormal moles removed last summer. Five total and two needed to have more cells removed by a plastic surgeon. One of mine was moderately abnormal and the other was severly abnormal. It had been four or so years (and frequent tanning) from my previous skin check. That was too long. I have to have the severe one cut out twice b/c the 2nd biopsy did not come back clean. All is good now and I go every six months.

My dad had melanoma too (on his shoulder). I still can't get him to wear sunscreen, although he does wear a hat and a T shirt. He's 69 and the melanoma was removed over 20 years ago - it was HUGE, like baseball size that they had to remove! Stupid me... high risk and still tanned frequently.

Tell her to stay away from the tanning beds, use sunscreen and get regular skin screenings. BTW... one of the gals at work did one of those spray tans at Hollywood Tans last week... looked great. They're only about $20. So if she feels better with a tan... a good alternative.

Joan, you know I'm thinking of you. Next time you're on FB or Fc let me know and we can chat about that protein in the urine/kidney thing. I was your daughter's age when they discovered that. Hugs.
 
Good vibes are already headed your way!! I have the same problem and your daughter will breeze through it !! Just gotta get into the routine of getting body checks and catch the moles/spots early. I have one on my face that had to be removed from a plastic surgeon but turned out fine.Stage 2 but got everything.

Lord Jesus, We come to you know and we ask your help in rebuking the melanomas and problems with this young lady. In the name of Jesus we rebuke it and claim total victory and healing already. We know that whatever the outcome, you will gain the glory and we give thanks for that. In the name of Jesus we pray, AMEN
 
You have had a run of difficult times lately so we need to pray extra hard to get you lifted up. You are in my prayers...your daughter will be fine..it is the waiting that is so tough.
