OMG!!!
Prayers to my Hokie Brothers and Sisters and their families!

HAVE A SON AT VIRGINIA TECH.... NO WORD YET... HUSBAND ON HIS WAY UP THERE. Working to keep busy and be here for kids when they get out of school just in case.

LORD, what is the world coming to. Had a newphew caught in the Columbine disaster is CO.

My prayers are heavy for all students at VT and my fingers are crossed for my own.

Pam,
Very special prayers for you and your family...
Please be as positive as you can... and please keep us posted.
Safe journey to your husband.

To quote Victoria I have no words.... It's tragic, what people do to one another. I'm disgusted and sad.

Pam - sending positive thoughts your way, for your son's safety.

We all have a lot of praying to do, more than just those we know directly or indirectly.

I am so convinced that the publicity this gets, and
The violence on TV and movies
The toys children play with
The games children play on computers

NONE OF IT DISCOURAGES VIOLENCE
IT JUST GLORIFIES IT

We are also supposed to pray for our leaders, from the local policeman all the way up to our President, that their actions will be governed by a Higher Power.

Our world is rolling through troubling times. All of us have be thankful for this day and do what we can to change directions people will be taking tomorrow, if they have a tomorrow.

My prayers are for those who are taken, for their families and for their relatives and their friends. Pam, be comforted that we are with you in spirit and prayer. Keep us posted.

My heart aches for Virginia Tech, their families, and community. How incredibly painful for all of them! Lives lost. Innocence lost. The sheer terror of the kind of waiting that Pam and others are enduring. God be with them all. Special prayers are being sent for Pam. Please let us know.

Thank you for all of your prayers... my son is injured, but is fine. He was not shot, but jumped from a window with others trying to escape. My husband remains in Blacksburg with him at this time.

Unfortunately, his very, very close friend was killed in this horrifying event. I received the news from his friends mother, who in all her grief and through her tears of pain somehow found the strength to call me worried and searching for my son. She said "I just needed to know, one of them survived. I just needed to know. I know my son would have wanted me to find him to make sure he was o.k."

Please continue to pray hard for all of the families and students and the lives that have been so deeply affected by this very tragic, senseless event.

Pam, I'm so glad you're son is okay and prayers for the family of his friend. Hopefully he will soon be home in your arms for your strength to help guide him and give him comfort through his nightmares and grief for friends lost.

Our thoughts are with them all, We had to deal with Dunblane which was horrific, had family and friends involved in that and it brings all the memories back

Pam so glad you're son will be healing soon. We've been watching the news all morning and there is still so much that is unanswered.
There are so many troubled people in our world. If we only knew how to help them. It's so important to be kind to those you come in contact with, you may be helping and not even realize it.

We're so glad to hear your son will be okay, we're still sending our thoughts and prayers your way.

Pam, thankfully your son is fine physically... emotionally will be another challenge. No one should have to experience this kind of horror ever.

My sympathies to you and your son and his friends and their families.
