The following are variations of a possible Teleflora Mother's Day arrangement for next year. The vase price would be $9.99, the suggested retail price would be $72.95:

No comment, (I'm not TF) just did not want you to think no one was paying attention....

I like the vase tho...

I'm Teleflora and if they offer it, I'll decline.

Not sure anyone really cares, but I thought I'd put them up just in case.

I am not excited with the vase.

Here in Canada it would be higher price.
The price quoted for the vase does that include the delivery price?

Is $9.99 the price of a case of 48?

Lower quantities would mean a higher price again.

I rather use a everyday vase and put more into a arr than a vase that is overly price.

Darrel:
Not sure what TF is up to...cause I also got a survey today, but my choices involved a Pitcher in Red/Purple/white/pink (striped) with rather ugly arrangements

or.....
A Thomas Kinkaide ceramic planter thing that was rather ugly, and had not nice looking flowers in it -- at a pretty high price.

We were shown the vases you posted in a survey in June (?) I think.

Won't be buying any of this stuff....if the survey pics hold true.

Cheryl it seems like I get a new survey everyday.

Here are more:

codified products are not worth it. Will not be buying them.

I got a survey today also that was all different types of m-day mugs. I don't like any of them, and dislike the designs in them even more.

I do like that dragonfly vase, but not the design. But that is prob. because I LOVE dragonflies.

I got the survey with only the dragonfly vase with different flowers in the arrangements. Only liked one, but not enough to buy 24 vases.

interesting - I got M-day 10 survey too - but it had a different striped pitcher and kincaide resin house (super scary arr, I thought it was for halloween lol ).

no thank you.

None of those appeal to me........If I were in a Teleflora shop, I would not subject my customers to those.

Darrel;
Interesting....
did not get any of the halloween (or fall?) pumpkin arr yet.

The striped pitcher one is similar to....but not exactly like....the one I responded to today.

Mug was one I responded to a while back.

Have not seen any of the dragonfly vases yet.

Are they surveying different shops with different stuff just to really confuse us a lot?

None of the stuff I have seen so far is of any quality.....or anything I would be willing to carry in my shop at all....ever!

I also got a survey a couple months ago with questions pertaining to Flower Dogs. I wonder if we'll be seeing those in the near future too?

We sell a ton of them.

Yeah, it seems like we're all getting different surveys...weird huh?

Container: $4.99 ea. SRP: $39.95 and yes more photochopping:

First of all - That gerbera design HAS to be photoshopped......As Gerbera do NOT come in those colors.....and since when does gerbera grow with tulip leaves?

Secondly........Those are not pretty designs......and as I said about the others posted, IF I WERE A TELEFLORA SHOP..........I would not subject my customers to this lack of just good taste.

I think photoshop was used in order to create cost efficient prototypes for voting purposes. I doubt they will use these same images for the final product...at least I would hope they wouldn't.

These containers are not really 'made' ATM. They're artists' renderings (and maybe shots of prototypes) and nothing will get manufactured until the winners are selected. The flowers are just photoshopped on top.

IIRC in consumer testing, the flowers had minimal affect on consumer choices (since the featured 'designs' are always dome shaped or clumped.) The containers and colors were what swayed customers into like or dislike.

On a $39.99 SRP, the COGs target should be in the $12 range. With the container at $4.99 (and really mosts florists pay $5.99 plus another $1 for shipping), there's only $5 left for flowers and foliages (if you plan to make any money on them.)
