Thanks Beth, i will take care
to be ill, is quite rare,
making sure i stay awake
a deadly potion, i will not make.
Paracetamol to clear my head
help me sleep when im in bed
sons now ill, been up all night
crying and coughing, little mite !

Hubby is muttering
As I light another fag
That is sure to make me gag

If morning I am to show
Going to rest my weary head
On my pillow in my bed
Home alone the dog and me
Noone her for me to see
Boys at football they're away
Hubby to work he did stray
Tomorrow I will walk the walk

what a week i have ahead
i will have no time for bed
3 weddings and a bridal fayre
hope it doesnt turn into a nightmare
Event decoration, bridal flowers too
with only two staff what will i do?
A photo shoot to also fit in
for a local hotel whose work i will win
Oh dear just typing it makes me feel bad
but no i wont cry i wont get sad
i will put on my pinny and get out my knife
Oh and not forgetting i will be a good wife.
And what about Charlie and Beck
i cant forget them can i heck
All my mum jobs i will do
brownies, swimming and football too
and on this note i will end
otherwise this will all drive me round the bend:bouncy:

That is quite a lark
Unpacking those flowers
Working in the early hours
Cleaning up the mess
Opening for business
The phones are ringing
So we are singing
The walk ins are walking
The computers are not stalling
The sales people are selling
The designers are thrilling
The plants are thriving
The drivers are driving

A flower shop owner is me

Sorry I’ve not been around to join in the fun
But life is so busy going here and there
Including two days at Holland’s Hortifair.
It may have been smaller, it may have shrunk
But there was enough out there to make me thunk

Oh my word another rhyming thread
Its nothing but rhymes through my head!
More rain and rain in the land of the Scots
But flowers ive sold lots and lots!
The credit crunch hopefully has passed me by
But if it hasn't ill fight my corner, Ill not let my little shop die!
All the talk about christmas time already
Lets hope the run up to then is pretty steady!
I reckon my sales this year will be high
With piles of flowers reaching up to the sky!
Although come christmas day ill be glad of my bed,
Well....at least until its time to be fed

What a day, ive had today!
problems galore, in every way
Taking web designer now into court
coz our website we did abort !
It was rubbish, no good at all
tried to tell him, but talk to the wall !
But think he will now pay the price
coz im not feeling very nice !
My friend has died and im so glum
so at work, not feeling like fun !
got so tired, need to rest
bloody web designer, putting me to the test !!:argue:
Funeral on Monday, will be feeling blue

this day would come and i just so hate
the fact that she was only 48 !

I love the Autumn flower beds
all the yellow, golds, orange and reds
russett, browns and evergreen
in my shop, best to be seen.
I have Oak leaves, of many shades
looks so scrummy on these cold days
