Naw I have no hopes for anything, seriously, I have no sincere desire for anything bad to happen to him. It's really of no consequence to me, just sorta playin protector to my "sister" I guess. As I said earlier - Time Wounds All Heels and the poor fellow failed.

Now he's bitter and mean and who's problem is that?

I imagine "they" (Big Brother) take a look and decide if it is of any consequence to them as well, and that web site is no threat to anyone. But I KNOW TF sends out cease and desist letters, but maybe only to someone that "matters" to them.

He's gone, the air is fresher in here.

Know what I wish for him? Peace, prosperity and happiness, the same things I wish for myself.

It's got me feeling so mushy I think I'll post a picture for him.

We don't wanna see him looking like this now...

Cathy, so sorry he chose to do this to one of his strongest supporters.

I must say I agree with Bloomz on the air being fresher. Good riddance, I only hope his exit from Flower Chat remains permanent.

12 is 12, right wrong or indifferent, and IMHO it should rest here !

We that have had the "fortune" of in some way knowing Cathy, obviously support her, no matter what. I am one of the lucky ones !
This issue is dead, in my opinion, out of respect for Cathy.

Opinions, if necessary, though I think not !

Tricky situation Bloomz.
I think it should be quieted yet you do have a good point and I respect that !

The decision should rest with Cathy, not the rest of us.

In the big picture of things, he really only hurts himself. To be honest, if he had stolen my images, my first reaction would be to fly down to flordia and kick him in the nuts. I would probably lie in bed at night and steam about it.
But, its really a waste of energy because this guy will not remove them.
And we all now know what kind of person he is. And it sucks but sometimes life is'nt fair and the jerks get away with stuff.....sigh

It's quite possible I wouldn't care half as much had I not endured so much crap and name calling from him in the past here.

Maybe you missed those arguments - they are still here - I found them last week and they are quite a good read.

Search for the word "pornographer" is a great thread on top member trips.

and a couple more - his comments no longer show but that's what he likened me to.

He earned it IMHO.

After all of the labeling, underhanded comments, arrogance and just dam* mean as a rattle snake comments he made JB and a few others including me,Cathy, Rich D ( both of which know more than he has ever known about anything regarding computers, to bring here his "new version" of what Ryan has been doing for years.)...well I hope his jewels shrivel. And I hope we get to hear about it...karma smarma..he deserves what he brings on himself...Lady V, rarely have I ever encountered such a vile person so I can agree with you cuz you are a splendid soul but can we just once wish for shriveling jewels...then I will leave it be.

Empress of the South... you wish it, it will be so. ;) Shrivelling Jewels and other plagues be upon him... it will happen you know, because I am a great believer in the 10 fold concept. He's in for a pile of crap and I'm ok with that, because he has earned it 10 times over.
