Thanks for sharing those fabulous shots. It seems the better Vegas hotels have embraced the concept of showing "Wow" modern floral designs in their public spaces. Some have their own full-time floral departments and produce weddings and events as well - see the Bellagio's here.
Of course, The Bellagio is well known for its Conservatory and Botanical Garden, too so there's a strong commitment to feature fine flowers.
