Good Afternoon,
I have a question. Here is the situation:
There was an order this morning ordered on my site. The first thing that struck me as odd was that the delivery date is for March 17, but it is for my pussy willow bird cage, not anything for St. Patrick's Day. The odd part of that was that the individual paid an extra $40 for rush delivery.
Weird. You're ordering a day ahead of time, must be a time constraint.
Nope - Nothing about special delivery instructions. And in fact, in the special request area, it SAYS "Nope".
I'm feeling a little suspicious. Then, reading the card, it says something like "Hi it's Chris, I really like you." Hmmm, but the credit card name is Rhonda. So...I decide to call Rhonda and ask if she had a special need for that rush delivery charge. The phone number has been disconnected. The address for her is in Texas.
So, I sent an e-mail notifying her that I had questions and would not be delivering nor charging the card until I heard from Rhonda.
So far, no response.
What would you do?
