Anyone else who received more orders than you sent last month still waiting to get paid? They told me a week ago that the check had been mailed Dec 25. Today when I called they said they will send it next day air. When I owe them money I have to pay on time or forfit rebates. I hope it just got lost in the mail but if everyone else is having the same problem it is a sign of things to come.
 
I was told that they mailed the checks on the 28th and bad weather caused delays... blah blah... any way..
I was then told it was cleared.. What??? Not in my bank account, not by me??!!!
So I will be getting mine overnighted also. Not sure about the bad weather as it comes from CA and the weather is
fine on this side of the States.
 
They owe me a small amount, I haven't got it yet.
 
Maybe it is time you turned the table on them. Check is late then you asses a late penalty fee of $79 just like they would charge you if you where late with their payments.

Hmm. Thanks everyone for raising this. I haven't heard anything internally about accounting having trouble getting checks out, but I'll look into it...

Thank you Nicole. Mine was taken care of by my new Customer service Rep --- Sarah Stricklin. Hopefully, I will get my new check tomorrow.
 
What I'm hearing is that there was something about physically mailing them - some problem at the post office or whatever? Someone's going to update me once they have enough info to explain it. :)

That dosen't surprise me.

We have been noticing some problems with the mail. It seems that they are holding mail an extra day or two.
 
A-ha! I've got an answer... It does look like a post office mix-up - somehow our 1st class mail was set on the wrong dock at the post office and they were mixed in with lower priority deliveries, meaning they didn't even leave the post office until several days late. Then with holiday slowdowns in delivery and crappy weather, it's all taken a surprisingly long time. It looks like most of you have finally received your checks, but if you haven't, give it a few more days or call customer service to have the mailed check canceled and a new one cut and mailed 1st class.

A BIT OF A DIFFERENT TWIST...we sent a cheque into FTD on dec 18th/09, and when the clearinghouse statement was issued online Jan 04/10, our statement showed a balance owing from the payment not arriving..when we called the following day, our mail had STILL not arrived...so, it's clearly NOT always the fault of whom you might think!
