Here's my take on Teleflora. I was a Teleflora member, a hardly got any orders from them. I addressed this on several occasions, and nothing was ever done. So, you can see at the end of each month, instead of getting a check from them, I ended up having to issue THEM a check for all their fees.
About a year ago, I had to close shop, and decided to focus just on weddings - which I now operate out of my home office/workroom. I advised them of the situation, that I'd like to close the account. (Aside from the fact that since I no longer had a retail space, I couldn't be a member). Their directory had already gone out, and of course, my shop was in there. They continued charging me for another 2 months for advertising after I discontinued service. Any orders I received via phone from other Teleflora members were rejected - simply because I couldn't fill the orders. My claim is why are they still charging me when I'm no longer a member. Anyhow, this went on for a year, and I just finally settled with them.
I recommend going with FTD.... same situation. I received a lot of orders from them. When I called to cancel, they were very responsive, no questions asked.
