Anyone having a problem with the TF Thomas Kinkade Christmas Churches cross on top of the church being broken when you remove them from the case. We have had 4 broken so far, called TF and got credit.

Noticed 3 broken and 2 with machine made cuts in the tower.
Many here had the same problem.
Could use another case or more but no availability.

Surprisingly, only 1 kinkade missing its cross AND has that machine cut you are talking about. Had 2 kinkades with their battery compartment flap broken and 1 kinkade that was missing one of those springs inside the battery compartment.

I had the same problem with Mine from 2003 and the skaters pond the light post where missing.
I discovered later that my son had twisted them off.

Found two more today with the same defects and had a partial case dropped off to fill our orders. 4 of the seven were defective.
Price goes up and quality goes down unfortunately. TF has some credits to issue this year.
Several regulars of ours are collectors and and out of luck this year.

The shame of it is certain customers return every year to make that purchase when the come in for Christmas Trees, wreaths, blankets etc......
SOld Out on Wednesday all 96 of them , not a one broken. WE decided to get more just incase they were your broken ones.
SOld out of snowflake, sleigh, Ice Petal (yuk the quality was poor) was surprised about that.
Crimson Bowl is a BIG waste of the consumer money, poor choice based on their reserach I feel.
We still have a few gingerbread, charmer.
Two days to go though, they are OUT the door.
Machine get turned off if OG start their send the orders out again after they are CAN or REF.

I think the price point killed this one. I still have 6 left out of 12...sold out of everything else....could have sold 4 more radko trees(shocker) and had to buy 2 from a friend to fill my orders...

Ditto. 9 out of 72 left. Will easily get rid of the last 9 tomorrow and Monday. We had 7 Chapels broken. E-mailed TEL rep 'cause ain't got no time to 'splain it on the phone! (and, wait on hold for eons...)
Had to offer the Ice-Ice Baby at $59.99 to move it, in either all Red (carns and minis), All White, or Red and White. I liked it, so did my finicky designers. But too high a price point for a "smaller" design...

I would have never bought the tree to begin with but my uncle bought 12. We sold more then I thought, but still have several left.Ice petals sucked, only reason why they seemed to sell good is because we had a party that used them.
Crimson bowl, tough sell...bought 48 have 24 or so left.
Now the real losers? FTDs arrangements. Holy crap, they did TERRIBLE!! Only thing we sold out of was C2 and we started subing C7's vase so those are gone too. C1 did okay and everything else bombed. We already decided that we are carrying very, very few FTD vases next year.
