It's about time that FTD and TF paid this price!!
they HAVE to realize that as they battle for supremacy, and market share, leaving support systems for actual real live florists, on the downslide, that customers have NO CHOICE, but, to turn to this and other media.
HOWEVER, after reading some of the comments, I would hope that the writers were pointing their fingers at the actual OG sites of the big 2...or at least it looked that way to me!
Florist shops HAVE to be diligent...most of us are!!
When WE, as a shop, piss off a customer, they can go somewhere else, when FTD or Teleflora piss off a customer, it paints us ALL with the same brush.
I support the writer of this site...I think he is right on!!
