Duane I like the website budget spreadsheet, but I don't understand it. How do you get from the yearly revenue to the total revenue on your example?
thanks!

Yearly revenue is the online order revenue added to the yearly revenue times the # of call ins per online order.

Total Revenue = Yearly Revenue + (Call in Volume Generated X Yearly Revenue)

It assumes average order value for call ins = average online order value.

First line:

5 orders per month = 60 orders per year = 180 orders including call in times order value = $70 x 180 = $12,600 per year total online generated revenue.

Did calcs manually. Very interesting. Also apologies to OP I just realized I "hijacked"this thread.

Side point! Duane how are associated with Epic flowers? I see you have a website with them, nice site, which does, by the way, pertain to this thread :) Just wondering since you were able to go to Epics website and change the info in it. Thanks. PS Inquiring minds want to know!

Good question. Mine was the very first site they did and I helped him work out some of the kinks along the way.

Launching a website without some elements of SEO included during the build and post launch is (IMO) a really bad idea; especially if you have a site that is currently generating significant income for your business. The better it's done up front, the better the transition and subsequent long term results.

Brandon asked if I would help out with some of that and I agreed. I told him a few years ago that if he ever needed me for anything, I'd work with him.
