It really helps when you have some family support. My wife works 12+ hour days but still found time to make us some lunches and snacks, picked me up from work late Thurs & Fri and worked in the shop all day Sat.

I can chime in on this, with out my daughters and husband, I couldn't do all I need to get done. Family is the key to my success. Just need to teach them to design!!

My Mum is your daughter equivalent. She works for me several days a week. I don't pay her. She refuses point blank. She just loves to be hear. She looks after us and our customers. She is my Star and I love her so much for it. I get her treats and little pressies and when we've had a really busy week or month I do give her some money which she always tries to give me back. It normally means we have a few words but then she goes and has a little shopping spree and brings in what shes bought to show us.
I hope everyone has someone in their lives like that. A person who is there for you, to keep you going and make you feel special even when times are tough.
