Wesley Berry Chew Out

Unfortunately, I no longer have the paper work on that order. This happened sometime last year and I eventually shredded it to protect the customer's credit card #. I did contact Teleflora customer rep and just as I expected, they don't care. In fact the customer rep I spoke with told me this was not in violation of TF rules! I hope that is not true and she was just either trying to get me off the phone or misinformed. In any case, these big website shops make so much money for the wire services, they will never kill their golden goose.

I have left Teleflora and they couldn't care less. We used to send thousands of dollars worth of orders, all exclusively through TF but now, we use a credit card. 99% of shops are smart enough to accept our orders with 20% discount on product and no discount on delivery. I have to think that the ones who don't are just ill informed on how profitable that can be for them. Why not do that? Credit card fees are what.. 3% max? I use a Master Card, not AMEX. They get only 70% of the order on TF inwires, give discount on the FULL amount, pay $2 fee if phoned in and now I see they have gone up to $1.75 on Dove? maybe the phone-in fee has gone up, too? plus they get their money TODAY, not in 60 days and don't have to put in a request for it by a deadline.. It's a no brainer to me.. I have always welcomed credit card orders from other shops even when I was a member of multiple wire services.

Love this story, and I have one to add. Got an order from Wesley Berry and the were asking for a teleflora product t64-1a listed on there website for 94.99. They sent it to us asking for us to del on Feb 3rd for a price of 57.95 delivery included. WHAT A RIP OFF OF THE CUSTOMER AND OF ANY SHOP REALLY FILLING THERE ORDERS....... I SENT THIS TO FTD AND LETS SEE IF THEY DO ANYTHING.. I doubt it because they make money even if it is a teleflora product going over the FTD wire service....

The customer is ordering an specific item off the internet list price is and was at 117.95 and the price slashed to 97.95(opps listed it above at 94.99) the consumer no matter what is getting the impression that they are going to get something that looks like the picture. And since I didnt fill it I dont know what they got, but for that price I know it wasnt like the picture. Would you have filled a dozen red fancy long stem roses in a nicer vase for that price. I cant and still be in business. It is a rip off and needs to be looked into much more than the wire services are doing.

Wesley sent us an order for Valentine's Day that was a red cube with red carns. The order has a special note that says to fill it to value. They gave us an additional .11 CENTS!! It also states that this persons office is on the 9th Floor and wants it delivered to her desk. TF has it listed as 29.99 DELIVERED.

I told them that 1. It is below our minimum 2. We do not have a red cube. 3. We need at least $10 to deliver where it was going.

Not sure but this may be a secure building and we may not be allowed on this floor.

Here's your sign. :iamwith:
