What I just saw!

I will find out for sure if the sender saw it and what they had to say if they did. The recipient saw it of course and I hope they pass it on to the sender. It is curious though as has been mentioned above.....why do they get repeat business after this happens? Is it the anonymous nature of hiding behind a web address vs. a personal transaction such as with a florist that makes people more angry when a florist does this? Someone who knows human nature can pipe up here and explain to me?

Jeez, that thing is just fugly!! Those poor people were ripped off bigtime.

I think when it is a face-to-face transaction, more trust is given and expected. You wouldn't expect a vendor to look you in the eye and lie to you, then rip you off. Online, one is only looking at a computer, not a person, so there is no emotional involvement. So when a customer is disappointed with a real florist they actually spoke to, the reaction becomes much more emotional.

I only get emotional with my PC when I lag out playing World of Warcraft.

That is just sad. If I was the deceased I would come down and haunt PF.

the deceased, leading the deceased (plant).......
Listen folks.....some customers are just plain lazy, stupid, and without couth about sending "stuff" to funerals...what goes around, comes around.....
