What made you choose one over the other?

Ah...I see....

We all "had" dreams.... now we find we all have "new" ones....

Team work will get it done, I believe that!

I don't know if this a relevant to this thread but starting with the Nov. 1st florist directory, FTD is listing "send only" florist. I've had to modify flowerSoft florist selection program to prevent our users from selecting those florists as the filling florist for an order.

My questions is, why would a send only florist need to be listed in the directory?

And? They still do not offer drop-shipping.

"No plans to do so" which means it should be V-day or Mother's day before it happens.

I believe the reason is that lots of flowershops using tech. have the directory listed on their computers & if a shop code doesn't show up they refuse the order. sometimes this shop is new & not in the directory yet but mostly it was a sending only shop, not listed, so they could not call out orders,, now with them listed the computers accept their code numbers and the filling florist is not aware they are sending only.. new ways to get around florists refusing to accept from these people.

SFO's

Good question.

Shops who wish to not fill for SFOs find the listings very handy.

Ahhh, very clever.
Well, thanks for the information.
At least flowerSoft customers will not be caught unaware now.

Been that way for some time now for Advantage users...they have been coming thru this way for 6 months or better far as I remember...

And yes, like Carol said, if they are not in the directory they get bounced...of course now, they get bounced anyway just on principle, FORwarded back to them with the message "WE DO NOT FILL FOR THOSE WHO CAN NOT FILL FOR US"---"SFO"S NOT WELCOME"
