WHY was FTD's C1 so bad??...has anyone actually....

Victoria, we all felt for you up here, believe me. I felt terribly guilty that my christmas was so smooth when yours was the reverse. Adding WS stress above that, not good.

Hey...Christmas Eve was great with my friends, fondue, wine (LOTS) and the lake...Christmas day was wonderful with family and friends...beats the heck out of all bad things. :)

I'm so glad you all had a good Christmas...gives me hope for the next year. ;)

talking about putting items in the arrangements that you can't get. A while back I had an FTD specific order out of the book and it had something in it, don't recall now what it was. I had never heard of it, my wholesale people had never heard of it, my sister who is the CFO for a major flower nursery asked her people and they had never heard of it, so I posted the question to the product advisory board over on FTD message board. Guess what? None of them new what it was either... Does'nt that just take the cake....
 
I remember that question Jim...I believe you posted it either here or on the FTD board...it was a weird pod or something wasn't it?

Of course there is a disclaimer in the display book...I refer to that frequently. ;)

yes it was some kind of pod.. funny that the people that make up these designs for the book can find this stuff to work with yet it can't be bought at a supplier... Makes you wonder where the get the stuff that they use in the arrangment.
I received a TF order today that calls for 2 squares of grass???
Sure why not, I keep sod in my cooler does'nt everyone?

Where do you guys in California get your grass? BC is not far from you, they say they grow wicked grass!!!! :>
 
I am glad to see i am not the only one who still has cases of this item laying around !! On the other hand we sold out of ALL our teleflora. After Christmas we decided to never carry another FTD container. And it wasnt only the waterford that didnt sell --- ALL of the FTD christmas was a bomb.
