I think it's so sad when people order at the last moment for a holiday, the O.G. is still taking orders but can't get them filled, so when the customer complains they just give them a coupon for XX% off and don't refund their money even if no flowers were delivered. People are learning, the hard way.
Even with the extensive marketing that we do, 70% of our business will be after 12 noon on Friday!! People only want to hear 3 words. "I guarantee delivery"................and we do that (florists), but the others don't and then we wall look and bad and for a week after MD we'll have have some "black eyes".........................
