I think you read too much into it Carol. I never said I *NEEDED* the signs, I just chose to leave them up. (Not to mention they are a pain in the azz to get off the glass!)

I cannot speak for consumer mentality. If they see a sign and feel good about opening the door. That's all I care about. Once inside I explain the benefits of F2F sending and they become educated, they know that they are getting their money's worth. They really do appreciate that and come back.

I thought I had posted this before but now can't find it in this thread.

A close floral friend of mine was sued and lost a judgement of somewhere around $74,000 for not taking the logo off his door when he was done with FTD. They had the luxury of figuring out what they thought that logo had brought him in business and charged him that amount - and won.

A lesson to me at least.

If it were me - I'd just put up a sign that says "Nationwide Delivery Service Available" and not chance tangling with their bulldog legal department over their "legal property" which they consider that logo.
