Marshal are good amps for guitar and other instruments - but I still insist on Peaveys for your main cabs.

Requirements for being a roadie - Roadies go in before the band and set up all the speakers, instruments, run all the snakes and cables, and do preliminary sound checks. Roadies also get the changing rooms ready, make sure the venue or promoter has complied with the band's rider contract. They also get the costumes/ clothes ironed, and ready to be put on and go onstage.

that's it? why, that's easier than owning your own flower shop.
now, JB, requirements for a groupie?
:icon15

Leather minis sounds workeable...

of course, I neglected to mention that speaker cabs alone can weigh well in excess of 75 pounds per speaker. Additionally - Drum sets can wegh in excess of 50 pounds. So, to be a roadie definitely requires that you "eat your wheaties" lol

Rick - how do you look in a leather mini?

Jon, back in the day when I was doing drag, I HAD three leather minis and I looked GOOD.

However, even now at 45 years of age, I'd look better in it than you girl. lol

You guys are silly :>

I admire people who can do music. My hubby is a drummer (jazz/blues/samba) and I am so impressed with his ability to have both arms and both legs working independently while reading music, keeping the beat, oh and try to look natural and relaxed while doing this! ha.

I tried learning piano, I just don't have that music gene.

SO I will be the audience; every good band needs one!

wooo HOOO! (holds up lighter) :headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

No green M&M's!!

The BOSSman is not joking.....there was a bit of controversy a year or so ago about one popular band's refusal to play because they had that in the rider contract and it was not ashered to.

No Green M&M candies.....among other things.

That band would be Van Halen, I got backstage passes to the 1984 tour, and met the band, including Eddie, I was with my cousins, and her friends(4 girls) he kissed all 4 girls, and then looked at me and gave me the middle finger, as in, dude, you are not getting a kiss!!!

Thats OK, he reaked of jack Daniels anyway!LOL

Those were the days, remember when concerts were fun?!!
