There are lots of ways for orders to get goofed up: Employee errors, suppliers sending the wrong items, etc...

I'd love to be able to take double the amount of an order out of an employee's paycheck - but that would be illegal.

I'd love to make a wholesaler pay double the retail amount of a lost order, but they'd laugh at me.

I'd really love to get double the cash value of an order from a WS member who's poor selling job set us up for a complaint.

yes, you are real professional too....

I find it funny Avenue defending non-professionalism - the poor florist.

have we heard their side of the story? Nope, just yours.

I didn't steal shiit, and that statement is quite offensive. Kiss my ass.
...how professional, and sweet too :)

"Believe so strongly"? You read the email he sent me. It was plain english. He won't be back.
....offer that misdirected penalty tax to him and I beg to differ. Try it dude.

....most importantly....

I'm certainly glad when I checked yesterday your shop was already on the Don't Send list. I must have known something earlier.

We at agf take great pride in customer satisfaction and I cannot remember the last time we had a disgruntled customer. Major holidays it is rare to get 1 complaint. So your 'implied' threat we do not care or offer quality floral designs is TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER!

...and if you have a specific reason for this "don't send list" we will be glad to discuss it with you anytime/anyhow....bring it on. We work hard to satisfy ALL our customers and do a very good darn job at it! and have for the past decades! Ask anyone who orders from us if there have EVER been ANY issues.......I dare ya!

...and all this just b/c I disagreed w/ your willing to accept the ftd.con penalty/tax infringement!

.....your character shows,
give me a freekin break dude.

No wonder Hero stepped up and questioned my disagreementlollol he knew the hell hath no fury would evolve.

bloomz:

why? did you give me a red dot?

i have not said anything about your stealing sh...t :(
(whoops I did didn't I...must have been the heat of the moment)
but a red dot .......com'on now....I reckon the thing to do would be to reciprocate, huh?
but I think you understand my point of view
$150 from 1 florist to another just b/c of the garbage program ftd.con instituted to ream us
and fill their coffers from real florist dollars! give me a freekin break!
like I said pitting florist against florist.......we are our own WORST ENEMY!

just b/c I disagree w/ some of your business practices I get a red dot?

come on now......you are a better 'hippie' than that?

......right?

I did, and I signed it - I don't particulary care for being called a thief - call me silly that way.

I tell you what - I'll give you the guy's name and you send him $150.

I'm gonna try to use that to find me a new customer to replace him.

....offer that misdirected penalty tax to him and I beg to differ. Try it dude. Please see above. You try it.

....most importantly....

...and all this just b/c I disagreed w/ your willing to accept the ftd.con penalty/tax infringement!

No - "all this" because you called me a thief.

.....your character shows,
give me a freekin break dude.

Oh yeah - I'm sure Hero is a real fan of losing customers.

I'd like World Peace too - can we include that?

I'd like to apologize to Avenue for inferring his shop was substandard somehow - I do not know that. There are a variety of reasons, other than quality, for us marking shops Don't Send, sometimes because we know they don't want incoming orders, sometimes because they never confirm deliveries, sometimes because the owner doesn't like me personally (possibly the case here?), as well as a few other reasons that elude me right now...

Nope, not a big fan of losing customers. Sometimes however in this case, you might not of lost too much. That out of town customer, unless he is a in town customer of yours, will soon be leaving you for a local florist. Mostly because of these reasons.

I would also take the $150 and market to local, however do with what you wish. I would also probably send out another at no charge to the customer and take it out of your pocket. You might win him back or you might not, but I would sleep easier at night.

As for what you two have been saying, it's all good. Nice apology, he might have deserved one, but maybe not. Good to have do it though, but I'm glad Avenue is here to speak his mind, too many "anonomouse " red dotters out there hiding behind their computer to be productive to our fight. Don't mind BOSS calling me out at all, we're all big boys here, he's just one that would like to see me in panties, what a wierdo. But we knew this. ;)

There should be a forum that is, say what you want to say, with no repercussions on someone getting offended, Bloomz could monitor that one for sure.

As for Avenue and his no complaint streak ... he'll he's my preferred now. That is something to be proud of.

....don't worry! I always knew you were a cool dude.

Anyone w/ a 100+ rep has to have earned the right to call down a small shop owner like myself.:loopy ......accepted and give mine for saying "stole" wrong choice of words. I like most of your thoughts and your willingness to speak your mind.

But pitting florist against florist b/c of a policy ftd.con instituted to line their coffers gets my goat!

....now how a bout that greenie back? :)

( i'll be dang...i went looking for a peace smiley and sure enough the dude has his own smiley.....how in the world can I fight and win with a man of this stature?)

We welcome all orders. It would be interesting to see why we had been marked 'don't send' just out of curiousity. We get quite a few from other FC members and send them quite a few, mainly here in NC. I am open to hearing from anyone that has an issue w/ any product or service we provide, anytime and anyhow.

We are proud of and take great pride in the quality of our products and THE SERVICE we offer our clients. The real reason for very few complaint streak is our team who really do a great job and have the expertise and attitude they want to 'satisfy the customer' and 'yes we can' (we were saying that in our yellow page ads way back when before that art fellow started posting such on the 'net). I really appreciate all our team does at agf. They are the reason for happy and satisfied clients. And I can tell this is the mission of the majority of FC'ers.

Thanks Hero. After major holidays our team will discuss how things went and what we can to be better and more efficient. The thing that we are amazed at is the no(happens often) or very few complaints we have after busting butt. It really is kinda wierd, but we will take it.
