I made the Best Butt Kicking- Lip smacking- Banana Pudding today- the family
loved it... been awhile... but this woman can throw them pots and pans around... was going broke feeding every one in my family.. so me and hubby eat out 3/4 the time so my daughters will do their own cooking.. you know if you don't use it, you lose it ... thank heavens everything was great tasting today... I didn't lose it...:musical:

HAH !!!! - Got all ya'll beat - I cooked some MEAN Collard Greens, Blackeye Peas, Fried Chicken, and Banana Pudding for New Years Dinner last night.
I started the greens in my slow cooker with a hefty chunk of hambone.......let'em cook down real slow.......makes them soooooooooo tender.
For my banana pudding, I use a secret ingredient......called white chocolate.

Soda Bread is definately an irish thing, my husbands family are all from Ireland and he is mad for soda bread and they used to always have that in the bread bin in his hous
