You are right they do think that...and the fact of the matter is that the consumer very rarely cares who is delivering the product, just that the product they ordered gets there when they want it...when it doesn't it is all of our faults collectively...who's fault is it really, actually all of ours...at that points whos to say where the ef up happened filler, og, sender, 800tftd, who cares someone efed up and the consumer hates us all at that moment, flowers suck as a gift and we all suck as an industry....that is the final and most important message!!!!
