You do floral design... I just KNOW there are other things you do creative-wise! Is it music, other crafty things, what?? I gotta know. Just 'cause I'm nosy.

I'll start. My things I do well are: Bead Jewelry, calligraphy, greeting cards


I dabble in: making graphics for print and online, and a bit of web stuff. Oh and I've started making perfumes. As of right now I haven't been able to come up with anything that smells any good but I'll keep plugging away. I have a ton of lemon verbena out back and thought maybe I could do something with it...nah. Maybe I need to dry it? I don't know.

Things I would love to learn:
Metalsmithing!!! I want to make silver and gold jewelry. And I want just a very small greenhouse so I can make plants from other plants, woo hoo!

I do yarn crafts-knitting, crochet, cross stitch. I love to sew without pattern and make slip covers. All Hail the staplegun. I also love power tools just don't have much time for them. I wish I could use watercolors and I would love to sculpt

I bead jewelry (I am sucker for stone) a girl can never have too many pairs of earrings :), dabble in stained glass - mainly stepping stones for the garden. Sew although lately that seems to be mending... Most summer days I am out in the gardens. It's time to propagate some types of blooming shrubs and bittersweet.

I would love to learn how to weld and make wind sculptures (like those featured in the movie Twister)

and some day take a pottery class to learn to toss a pot or two... on the wheel not at someone's head!

I love to stamp and scrap book!! I love to garden and most of all I throw a great party to entertain!! This year s party is Aug 23rd just a few more days. I love planing it about 100 people show up..:chef
 
I like spending time with my two baby neices.....and believe me, it takes some major league creativity to keep a 7 year old and a 7 month old entertained.
 
Love to garden, organic veggies and some flowers (mostly wildflowers) and get out into nature with Dave & the dogs (Ridgebacks). Also a graphic designer by degree and general obsession, but mostly the flower shop has been my ENTIRE life for the past 3 years. Working on letting go a little...
Have a wonderful weekend all! Going to go floating down the river for the first time in the 3 years that we've lived in Durango this weekend - it is the thing to do in this town in the summer time!
 
Also love to garden...I can sing too, but too much stage fright - I am also a great cook!!
 
I sew Middle Age style clothing and do some re-creations with a group called the SCA. (sca.org) I am addicted to online gaming. I cook and love power tools as well. Let go build my husband an office Villageflowerlady!

Not much time for fun crafts these days, but when I had time....

I faux finished the floors and walls of my shop and sewed all the floor-length linens. Used to quilt and sewed many of my own clothes when I was in college. I was also a music composer (2oth C. contemporary) and arranger (marching bands & jazz bands) but now just sing in the shower. ;)
 
My creative outlets: Used to do a lot of photography, and was pretty good at it. I've slipped lately. Love gardening, flowers and veggies. Learning to absolutely LOVE stained glass! Last, but not least, I love scouring the internet for semi-nude animated gifs of Dick Cheney.
 
If I had time, I love my garden. I am also a huge fan of power tools & remodeling (I have been known to take down a few walls while my husband was at work).

Wendy, I also sew with no pattern (it's creative ADD)...so it's mostly draperies, slip covers and pillows.

I would be all for a metal sculpting class!!!
 
I paint, draw, do ceramics, interior decorate, garden, landscape design... and train horses, and people to ride them... (its an art) I like to keep busy!
 
I love home projects. Painting walls, etc.. I usually end up helping my friends that are doing any kind of paint project. I should really learn to say "no". I also love power tools, but they scare me a little bit. :flowerfac
 
I like to go places.... I like airplane rides. I love take off and landing...
But I don't like the hassle of airplanes anymore...

Good thing I also like road trips. I like fancy hotels with room service. I like fancy restaurants where I really can't afford the menu. I love Disneyland and sea world and legoland. I love the beach, so long as I don't get sweaty. So in a nutshell I guess I like "chillin'"
Yes, chillin' is my favorite thing to do.

my four year old takes up most of my spare time these days, pollypockets and lego are my newest hobbies.
Getting into photography lately, well a lot lately.
Love to sculpt, paint, draw, anything artsy going really but all that has pretty well intertwined with floristry over the years. Would love to find time for another pottery course or metal workings.
 
I'm not liking the phrase "used to"...

I used to do needle work (won first prize for my tree skirt), used to can (won first place ribbons for pickled beets and onions), I used to garden (participated in garden tours), I used to enjoy ceramics, I used to sing (studied vocal in University) in choirs, on stage, on televison... so many used to's. I'm a bit sad at the moment.

Oh, I still dabble in writing. Love words and language.
