We have an invisible fence in our large yard for our dog. Our plow man somehow managed to break the line. This morning my 12 year old Springer Spaniel who is blind went out for his early 7am pee. It was storming, when he wasn't back at the door after ten minutes we knew something was wrong. He is gone... we think he may have gotten disoriented trying to get back to the house and wandered outside the yard. He has not been turned into the vet or pound. He is very friendly and spry, but cannot see or hear well. He must be very scared wherever he is. I pray that someone good has taken him in as he would not survive the cold and storm. Please pray for his safe return.

Oh Joan, that is so sad. I'm worried about him. I hope somehow he turns up soon!!

I really hope he returns home soon!! I lost my pup the first day we got her last summer, for about three hours. I swear I was more distraught than losing my kid in Target for 10 minutes. Please keep us posted - I'll say a little prayer.

May the warm light from your windows guide him home tonight.

thoughts for guidance, from NJ

Sending positive thoughts out for his safe return Joan. Pls keep us updated! Has he a collar with his name on?

I'm hoping for a NICE NEIGHBOR!

I'm gonna hope that, a nice neighbor took your PUP in and is just waiting to find out who the owner is.

Our little PRESTON escapped through our open garage one time, and we all went NUTS! Fortunately, our son Michael went driving around and caught him about a mile away from our house.

Preston was walking down one of the major roadways when Michael caught up with him and one which always had a lot of traffic.

He (we) were very lucky that day, and our lives returned to NORMAL.

Preston continued to live to the ripe old age of 16.5 years, and finally had to bid us ADIEU and move on to DOGGIE HEAVEN.

Suffice it to say that, THAT DOG lived like a KING! "]

You and your family will be in my prayers tonight.
We love our pets.

Joan,
I'm praying for your baby's safe return. I hope you can round up some friends to go searching for him today and to put up some flyers. I hope he's wearing a collar with your phone number.

On more than one occassion I've had to bring stray dogs into my shop that I've found wandering around in the parking lot. Thank goodness they had a collar with a phone number.

Please let us all know how it goes today.

Prayers for a safe return.

Any news? Please keep us posted.

Dave
