I don't know, I think BJ may have pulled it out. Remember it's total points, not average rating that determines the winner.

I want to say sorry for bringing up the comments thing, I have worked long hours over the past few days and my mind was tired and was not thinking strait (i hope you all understand and have been there). I am really really not offended by any of the comments, one bugged me for a night and now it doesnt so please dont anyone think who commented on my design think that i am upset by your comments. On the contrary, i will be doing a new 12 roses and pm you for your feedback. Btw, i actually agree with the critique on my design, the leaves were far too bloody big!!!! The comments will improve my next design and i cant wait to do it!

Congratulations to all who entered! The designs that I viewed and commented on were outstanding. I know that I missed some by just running out of time. It was a very busy weekend.

Yikes - it's a rough race for the last spot. Looks to me like there are 4 designs within 3 points of each other for the last position.
Better sharpen those pencils to add all that up !

Not to worry.
Hope you shoot a refined version of your design and share it. It was a very interesting concept, and with some cleaner lines and proportion adjustments, it could make a smashing photo. Started tallying on Friday but forgot to forward the doc to my house. Rather than start over, I'm going to wait 'til I get to the store and add in the newer numbers.
To anyone who has tallied these, please PM me with the numbers so I/we can cross & double check.
And remember, we have 12 winners, not just one.... and IMO everyone is a winner just for participating. We also had more than 900 comments shared by FCer's. *applause*

I felt badly for you...I saw that several more folks tried to vote for you but the clock closed at 7:04...I had two folks call me too that they had missed the cut-off....I think you won BJ and that's why it is taking so taking to count! lol

Thanks Cathy for all this has been, and for your hard work. I know I did not come close to winning but at least now I know what people are looking for as far as in a competition. Can't wait until next time.
If the voting is going to be tallied this way I think it should be made very clear to those voting that they should rate each one. I did not know this and voted originally for only my favorite 3, then I found out that by not rating each one it was like given someone a 0, so I went back and rated each one. It seems like a really odd way to vote and tally. Am I misunderstanding how this works?
